DAY 1 – Pickup
You will be picked up at the Airport Arrivals by our tour guide/driver.
Drive directly to the city of DAMBULLA in order to visit the cultural triangle of Sri Lanka.
Break for refreshments /Lunch on the way.
Arrival at DAMBULLA and check in at hotel.
In the evening visit the Rock Cave Temple located at a higher elevation.
Here you may find around 40 Buddhist statues enshrined in a cave with natural paintings.
Dinner and overnight stay at DAMBULLA
DAY 2 – Anuradhapura
After breakfast heading to the city of ANURADHAPURA.
En-route we will visit the highest Buddhist Statue in standing posture carved out of a rock at AUKANA, a masterpiece of ancient sculptors.
Visit MIHINTALE, the place where Buddhism was introduced into Sri Lanka by an Indian missionary.
Visiting all other attractions in the city of ANURADHAPURA , temples, well preserved ruins of an ancient Sinhala civilization.
Evening relax in the hotel.

DAY 3 – Pollonnaruwa
After breakfast you will visit the city of POLONNARUWA the largest archaeological site in Sri Lanka.
The site being an open one, can visit the site by bicycles
Visit a handicraft factory where every production process is done manually and observe an enormous collection of high quality handicrafts.
After lunch visit HABARANA. Do a tour in the village. A canoe ride in the Lake, a ride in a bullock cart followed by the offerings of typical local food with a live cooking demonstration in a village house.
Dinner and overnight stay at DAMBULLA.
DAY 4 – Sigiriya
After breakfast visiting the SIGIRIYA LION ROCK Fortress – an Enesco World Heritage Site.
An ancient Royal Palace built on the summit of a Rock at an elevation of above 200 meters.
Here you will find the ruins of an extensive network of gardens, reservoirs, other structures including a natural swimming pool.
After a brief rest we drive towards the beautiful city of KANDY, an important city from cultural,
Social, religious and historical points of view.
En-route Kandy visiting a large spice garden where you may observe all the plants of oriental spices and many herbal plants used in Ayurvedic medicine.
A brief walk around the city and Kandy Lake.
Dinner and overnight stay KANDY.
DAY 5 – KANDY
After breakfast visiting the largest Botanical Garden in Sri Lanka. Here you may admire an enormous collection of plants, trees and flowers including a very beautiful collection of Orchids.
Visit the Elephant Orphanage at PINNAWELA. You may observe a large herd of around 100 small and big elephants being conducted by mahouts to a nearby river for bathing. Elephants are seen enjoying the bath playing with one another and splashing water, a scene not to miss. You may also hand feed fruits and milk to the Elephants with the authority of mahouts.
Lunch on the way back to Kandy.
Visit the most sacred Temple of Tooth Relics visited by thousands of locals and tourists everyday.
Attend a one hour cultural dance performance show.

DAY 6 – NUWARA ELIYA
After early breakfast visiting a Museum of Gems where you will be able to watch a video to see how miners get valuable stones out of the earth risking their own lives and subsequently you may go through an enormous exposition of gems found in Sri lanka.
Drive to NUWARA ELIYA, the highest city of Sri Lanka at an elevation of 2.400 meters enjoying the hill country panoramas, valleys and waterfalls, vast tea plantations both sides of the road.
En route visit to the magnificent RAMBODA Falsl.
En-route visit to a large Tea Factory to observe the production process of TEA. Here you may taste a good cup of fresh tea and get to buy different types of tea in different flavors.
Lunch on the way.
Arriving at NUWARA ELIYA and sightseeing city tour. Here you will visit the Victoria Park, Gregory Lake and buildings with English architecture, this city was discovered and developed by British Governors.

DAY 7 – ELLA
After breakfast making an interesting train journey from NANUOYA Railway station to ELLA Railway station where you may admire the beauty of highlands, valleys, waterfalls lush tea and vegetable plantations and farmers very closely as the train climbs through tunnels and high mountains very slowly. This train journey is rated as one of the best in the world. (This event is executable depending on the availability of train tickets if not booked one month prior to the tour)
Hike to the Ella rock – This picturesque hike takes you up to Ella Rock which is one of the highest view point in the area.

DAY 8 – TISSAMAHARAMA
En route visit to the Nine Arches bridge
En route visit to the Ravana falls.
Arriving at the sea level gradually with lunch on the way.
Evening visit to the nearby KATARAGAMA Hindu-Buddhist temple complex.Oobserve religious ceremonies conducted in perfect harmony.
Dinner and overnight stay at TISSAMAHARAMA.
DAY 8 – BUNDALA
Early morning at 05.00 Hrs. we will visit the BUNDALA/YALA National park to do a jeep safari.
If you are a bird watcher we suggest you Bundala has over 190 different species of migrant birds visit and inhabit the water lands of Bundala. Besides there are lots of other wild animals such as wild boars , buffaloes, elephants, spotted deers, crocodiles, turtles etc. Instead if you select Yala there are many wild animals described above except migrant birds as in Bundala. This visit lasts around 4-5 hours.
Evening leave to southern coast for your beach holiday.
Enjoying your first sea bath in Sri lanka at a nice stretch of beach with lunch at a beach restaurant.
Dinner and overnight stay at MIRISSA.
DAY 9 – MIRISSA
After breakfast visit MIRISSA beaches and enjoying your beach holiday.
In the evening visiting the Old Dutch Fortress in the city of GALLE for an evening walk with many handy craft, clothes shops and restaurants inside the Fort on the rampart. This will be a relaxing walk with the view of the vast Indian Ocean.
Dinner and overnight stay at MIRISSA.
DAY 10 – MIRISSA
After breakfast a tour in the sea to watch the dolphins and whales.
Evening visit to a Turtle Hatchery farm in the same area.

DAY 11 – MIRISSA
After having breakfast.
A boat ride in the spectacular Koggala Lake and visit tiny islands where Buddhist monks meditate in complete silence.
Dinner and overnight stay at MIRISSA.
DAY 12 – UNAWATUNA
Change of the beach and the hotel. We may get to the UNAWATUNA BEACH another beautiful stretch of the beach in the Southern Coast.
Check in at the hotel.
Enjoying the beach served with restaurants, bars and small pubs being a small tourist village.
Dinner and overnight stay at UNAWATUNA.
DAY 13 – UNAWATUNA
Enjoying the beach.
Evening relax in preparation for the departure.
Dinner and overnight stay at UNAWATUNA.
DAY 14 – AIRPORT or NEGOMBO
Heading to the Airport according to the time of your return flight.
End of the Tour.
